Can I refer patients for both ACC and private services?

Yes. We manage ACC-funded, partially funded and private pathways. Funding is confirmed during triage.

What information should I include with my referral?

Please include:

  • Relevant clinical notes
  • Imaging or reports (if available)
  • ACC claim number (if applicable)
  • Any known workplace or vocational considerations.

How quickly are referrals reviewed?

Referrals are reviewed within 1 working day by our central triage team. Urgency is prioritised based on clinical need.

Will I receive updates?

Yes. We keep referrers informed as appropriate and can coordinate ongoing communication for shared-care patients.
