There are two pathways to access psychology support at Habit Health:
Habit Health is an approved ACC provider.
If your psychological concerns relate to a covered injury or trauma - including ACC Sensitive Claims - you may be eligible for ACC-funded psychology sessions.
Our team can help you understand your eligibility and guide you through the process.
This support is suitable for those wanting help with anxiety, depression, stress, resilience, grief, loss, chronic pain or health conditions.
We have limited private appointments available.
You can refer yourself directly - no GP or specialist referral is required.
