Frequently asked
questions

What is workplace injury management?

Workplace injury management is a practical, end-to-end approach to preventing injuries, acting early when issues arise, supporting recovery, and helping people safely return to work or stay in employment.

It covers prevention, early intervention, rehabilitation and return-to-work support - all coordinated to reduce downtime and support better outcomes for your team.

Do you work with ACC?

Yes. We work alongside employers, ACC or third-party administrators (TPAs), GPs and other health professionals to coordinate rehabilitation plans and reduce delays. We manage communication and reporting so you’re not navigating the system alone.

What’s the difference between rehabilitation and return-to-work support?

Rehabilitation focuses on recovery - addressing physical, functional and psychological needs.

Return-to-work support is for those injured and off work, focusing on coordinating plans, workplace adjustments and communication so someone can safely resume their role.

Can injury management services be delivered onsite?

Yes. We can deliver injury management services onsite at your workplace, in one of our clinics nationwide or through virtual support where appropriate.

How do we get started?

Simply contact our workplace team. We’ll help you decide whether prevention, early intervention, rehabilitation or a preferred provider partnership is right for your organisation and guide you through the next steps.
