No. You can self-refer and book online at times. You can choose the counsellor you want to work with.

Yes. Sessions are confidential unless there is a risk of harm requiring legal reporting.

Is therapy covered by ACC?

If you qualify under ACC sensitive claims or injury-related mental health pathways, treatment may be funded.
