VALD Performance Testing - measure, track, and improve strength and mobility
How VALD Performance works
VALD performance is a set of measurement tools that can pinpoint a person’s strength, power, movement, balance, measure mobility and more across a range of tests.
Using special equipment like a ForceDeck and Dynamos, our physios conduct tests to measure how well you move your body. These results can be used to set a benchmark before starting an exercise or training programme, or to mark improvements in mobility after rehabilitation of an injury.
Assess, don’t guess
VALD can benefit everyone. Whether you are recovering from an injury or want to improve your sports game. Our VALD packages will give you insight into how your body’s performing.
Benefits of VALD testing
Whether you are recovering from injury or just want further insight into how your body works and keeping it up to scratch, results from a VALD assessment can help. Personal trainers and clinicians can then tailor workouts or rehab plans - no more guesswork, just smart, targeted progress.
VALD for sports and injury recovery
Trusted by both elite athletes and amateur players, VALD testing helps to assess strength and mobility, perfect for the beginning of a season. It can also be helpful for sports players battling an injury by assessing their readiness to return to sport and tracking their sports rehab progress.
Where can you access VALD Performance testing?
