Who we work with

At Habit Health, supporting communities isn’t an add-on - it’s part of how we work.

Our focus is on practical, locally delivered support that makes a meaningful difference. We work alongside communities across Aotearoa, including:
  • Iwi, hapū, and Māori health providers
  • Community and not-for-profit organisations
  • Schools, tertiary providers, and youth initiatives
  • Sporting clubs and community sport organisations
  • Local councils and regional programmes
Our nationwide network means support is close to home, culturally responsive and delivered by clinicians who understand local context.

How we support our communities

Removing barriers to care
Removing barriers to care

We improve access to physical and mental health services - especially where distance, cost, or complexity can get in the way.

Building capability

Through education, early intervention, and partnership, we support long-term wellbeing and resilience.

What our partners say

Real experiences from organisations we support
Their physios are thorough, supportive, and genuinely care about helping players get back on the pitch.
Tahuna Football Club
Their team helped countless participants stay moving, managing niggles and definitely helped prevent more serious injuries.
Masters Games 2026 — Official Health and Wellness Partner, 2026
Their support has helped build confidence among our attendees - educating them on injury prevention and providing on-site physio support.
Wellington Women's Football Centre
Not only are they there to support our members' return to the bike after injury - their support helps the club with events and trail maintenance too.

Working together

Supporting communities works best when it’s collaborative.

If you’re a community organisation, sporting club or local initiative looking for a health partner who understands people, participation and performance, we’d love to talk.
