Need expert physiotherapy in Stonefields? Habit Health Stonefields is located inside Flex Fitness at Shop 11/40 Stonefields Avenue. We offer a full range of physiotherapy services including injury recovery, sports rehabilitation and pain management. Please note: the Flex Fitness reception desk is only manned between 10am–3pm. Outside of these hours your physio will let you in at the time of your appointment. There are no waiting area seats — if you have mobility concerns please consider booking at Habit Health Lunn Ave or Physio Connect Mt Wellington instead. We're a trusted ACC provider focused on helping you achieve sustainable, meaningful outcomes.
