Our physios assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of injuries and conditions. Treatment may include hands-on therapy, exercise-based rehabilitation, movement retraining, and education to help you understand what is going on and how to manage it.
We are an ACC-approved clinic and can help you lodge or manage your ACC claim. You do not need a GP referral to book an appointment. Telehealth appointments are also available where appropriate.

Our podiatry team provides assessment and treatment for foot, ankle, and lower limb conditions. We take the time to understand your injury, lifestyle, and goals, combining clinical assessment with practical treatment planning to support long-term recovery. With a strong focus on injury rehabilitation and biomechanics, we aim to identify not just what the injury is, but why it has occurred, helping you return confidently to work, sport, and everyday activity.
