What to expect when you apply with us
We're here to make the process easy.
We're here to make the process easy.
We understand that this can be both an exciting and stressful time. As a jobseeker, you need to know, in real time, whether your application will move to the next stage, how long it will take and how best you can prepare for the different stages of the interview process. No candidate wants to be left hanging. That is why we make sure our response times are quick, our systems are seamless and you are kept updated.
Our process is designed to take no longer than a week (dependent on your availability as well). Once a verbal offer has been extended, we begin our background/reference checking process, which we aim to complete within 24 hours.
Please bear with us. Whilst we endeavour to get back to you ASAP, hold ups can occur due to illness, a team member away on leave, or other unplanned for occurrences. The above timeline has been presented to let you, the jobseeker, know what to expect so that we can eliminate any additional stress associated with employers not getting back to you.
Still unsure about how our recruitment process works? We’ve got you! Here are some of the more frequent queries we come across from jobseekers considering a career with Habit Health.

Sure it is. A cover letter lets us know a little more about who you are and what skills you bring to a role. Whilst your CV tells us about your experience, your cover letter gives us an insight into how you interact, communicate and apply yourself to role-specific tasks.
Habit Health is all about people experience – on all levels. We know it can be hard to have to wait for a response, especially when seeking employment. Our turnaround times are quick with hiring managers and recruitment specialists getting back to you within a couple of days.
Follow up communication is typically recommended if you haven’t heard back from us after a week, which is rare. Following up after an interview shows your enthusiasm and we always love hearing from you.
We sure do. The time and effort you put into your application is important to us. Even if the requirements of a particular role haven’t quite matched your skills and experience, we will make sure your CV and cover letter are on file for future roles.
