Our Nursing Triage Telehealth Service connects your employees with experienced registered nurses for fast, virtual support with medical concerns. This early intervention helps reduce downtime, avoid unnecessary GP visits, and support safer workplaces. 

Whether it’s an injury, cold and flu symptoms, or general health concerns, our nurses offer practical advice and next steps, including referrals to physiotherapy or urgent care when needed. 

We can help with  

• Prompt access to clinical guidance 
• Support for both work-related and general health concerns, injuries and conditions including  
  • Many different Minor injuries or workplace incidents 
  • Cold, flu, or infection symptoms 
  • Ongoing pain or discomfort 
  • Questions about medication side effects 
  • Early signs of strain or burnout 

How it works 

1. Request an appointment via our bookings team 
2. A registered nurse will call back, usually within 60 minutes 
3. The nurse assesses the issue and advises next steps
