Musculoskeletal Injuries

A musculoskeletal injury is an injury or disorder of muscles, tendons, ligaments, joints, nerves or related tissues including strains, sprains or inflammation. These are often those nagging pains and discomforts that just don’t seem to get better.

Our physiotherapists are well placed to assess these injuries, promote optimal recovery of the damaged tissues and re-educate functional movement patterns for the affected joints.
