We stand by our care and are confident you’ll love your first ACC physio appointment experience. If not, we’ll give you your money back.
Refund requests are valid for ACC-funded initial appointments only and must be made within 7 days of your appointment.

How to Request a Refund
If you’d like to claim a refund under our Money-Back Promise, follow these simple steps:
1. Request a Refund
- Speak to our team in clinic or email hello@habit.health within 7 days of your appointment.
- We’ll send you a Money-Back Refund Form to complete.
2. Complete the Form
- Fill out the form with your full name, date of birth, appointment details, and bank account information for refund.
- Submit the form within 7 days of receiving it via email.
3. Receive Your Refund
- If your request meets the conditions, we’ll process your refund within 3 weeks via electronic bank transfer.
Terms and Conditions
At Habit Health, we stand by our care, and your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not 100% happy with your initial physiotherapy appointment, we offer a money-back promise, subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility
- This promotion applies only to physiotherapy services only.
- Covers ACC-funded initial appointments only, not private or follow-up appointments.
- Refund requests must be made before the first follow-up appointment, or within 7 days of the appointment date, whichever is first.
- A Money-Back Refund Form must be filled out within 7 days of receiving the form via email.
- Limited to one refund per person.
2. Refund Conditions
- A Money-Back Refund Form must be completed, including full name, date of birth, appointment details and bank account details.
- If a refund request meets the conditions, the refund will be processed electronically to the bank account details provided within 3 weeks.
- The account must be New Zealand bank account.
- By providing your bank details, you confirm they are correct and accept refunds will be paid to this account. Habit Health is not liable for errors due to incorrect details provided.
3. Process to Claim a Refund
- To request a refund, please email hello@habit.health within the specified 7-day period to request a refund under the Money-Back Promise.
- Fill out the Money-Back Refund Form that will be provided, including full name, date of birth, appointment details, and bank account details.
4. General Terms
- Habit Health reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
- This promotion cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.
- Habit Health reserves the right to cancel or amend this promotion at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the promotion will be communicated on habit.health/our-money-back-promise.
