Power is a full-body workout using barbells and weights in combination with bodyweight exercises. Class is driven by a continuous tempo focusing on muscular endurance. Great for building bone density, making it suitable for all levels, even those new to resistance training.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I DO POWER®?

Start by doing two classes a week, then work your way up to a third class for the benefits to really kick in. check our 45-minute express class at lunch times!
