Boxing Circuit

Boxing classes alternate between punching combinations and cardio endurance. Pads and bags provide the resistance, and cardio comes through the footwork and repetition. Build your confidence in this workout style with our instructors’ trained focus on building technique from learner to expert levels. Boxing gloves are provided, or you are welcome to bring your own gloves and wraps.
