Barre

Barre blends Pilates and Ballet using a stationary barre for support. You perform small, precise movements that target specific muscles and larger, full-range movements to increase heart rate. Props like light weights, resistance bands, and stability balls are used to increase the challenge. Stretching is included to improve flexibility and posture.

Any type of clothing that is comfortable and allows you to move freely.

No dancing experience needed – the classes are designed for all levels.

Two sessions a week will see improvement in your strength, flexibility and overall fitness levels.
