Barre
Barre blends Pilates and Ballet using a stationary barre for support. You perform small, precise movements that target specific muscles and larger, full-range movements to increase heart rate. Props like light weights, resistance bands, and stability balls are used to increase the challenge. Stretching is included to improve flexibility and posture.
