Changing Rooms
Habit Health wants to ensure that all members can use our facilities safely and where they are most comfortable; members can choose to use the facilities that align with their gender.

Gender-specific bathrooms at all clubs are equipped with individual showers and changing spaces to allow for privacy. Each site also has a gender-neutral/private facility for members who prefer this.

General Changing Room behaviour

  • Towel dry before leaving the wet area
  • Place used towels in the bins provided
  • Place and lock all belongings in the lockers

Clear your locker after each visit unless you pay for a private locker member. Lockers will be cleared at the end of each day and any items stored in lost property.

In the gym

Respect your fellow members’ personal space
Respect the personal space of other members and let them get on with their session. Anyone wearing headphones likely wants to get on with their workout without being interrupted. If it’s busy, please limit your time on all equipment to 30 minutes.

Wipe down all equipment after using it
Please wipe down all equipment with the gym wipes provided as soon as you have finished using any piece of equipment. Even if you think you don’t sweat that much, it’s important for hygiene reasons that you do this.

Put equipment back
Please put all equipment back in its place when you are finished with it. This includes unloading all weights from machines and barbells for the next person to use easily.

Be aware of your surroundings
Take care not to drop weights, and ensure you have enough space to complete exercises without endangering another member.
