habithealth+ is a new app that works like a ‘pocket health coach’ supporting mental and physical health around the clock. The app can help you manage all those things that often fall off the list, like exercise, diet, sleep or even just breathing.

habithealth+ provides personalised recommendations on how you can stay healthy. It works in tandem with a wide range of professional support and features prompts and notifications to keep you on track, like a backstop for your mental and physical health. 

With habithealth+, you can manage your health on the move and customise notifications to help motivate you. The app can also pull data from devices such as smart watches or wearables to provide additional insights into your wellbeing. You can use habithealth+ to access additional professional support when you need it, like a counsellor and a dietitian.

The app's only job is to help you focus on you. By cultivating mindfulness, establishing good practices and scheduling regular self-care activities you can re-balance your life and focus on what matters most.
