Baseline

An excellent way to get a baseline on your body-metrics, ideal for those who have been training for a while to monitor progress or those booking straight into a Personal Training programme.

Kick-Start

Kick-Start is ideal if you are new to the gym, or want to check your current baseline, and work with a professional to retarget your training.
